1. Services and AI Processing

Colorlines provides artificial intelligence tools that convert user-uploaded photographs into line art and coloring pages.

Due to the nature of machine learning and artificial intelligence, the output generated by the Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the generated images will perfectly match your expectations, be completely error-free, or be suitable for any specific commercial purpose. You acknowledge that AI generation relies on third-party APIs and services, and uptime may occasionally be affected by these upstream providers.

2. User Uploads and Content

When using Colorlines, you will upload images to our servers for processing. You warrant and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and consents to upload and process the images.
• The images do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, copyrights, or privacy rights.
• The images do not contain illegal, sexually explicit, highly violent, or otherwise prohibited material.

We reserve the right to refuse service or delete content that violates these rules. JPU IT Solutions e.U. does not claim ownership over your original uploaded photos. By using the service, you grant us a temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the generated outputs back to you.

3. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

Colorlines operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be acquired via one-time top-ups or monthly subscriptions.

• Subscriptions: Monthly subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Top-ups: One-time top-up credits stack securely on your account and do not expire.
• Refunds: Because image generation consumes irreversible server compute costs, we generally do not offer refunds for credits that have already been consumed. If you experience technical failure resulting in lost credits without a delivered image, please contact us at info@colorlines.app.

4. Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Colorlines, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the JPU IT Solutions e.U.'s Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website.

5. License

Unless otherwise stated, JPU IT Solutions e.U. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all software, UI, and branding material on Colorlines. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Colorlines for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material (code, UI, branding) from Colorlines
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Colorlines
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Colorlines
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI processing pipelines

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval: Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and online directory distributors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.
